Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to any orders and purchases made on Butchery Brothers. Butchery Brothers reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without notice to the customer at any time.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By continuing to access or use our site after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and its services.

Collection and use of personal data
We will be collecting your personal data when you shop at our site. You will be providing personal data to us when you make or complete a purchase. Data collected will be used for the following purposes:
- Track and fulfil products which you have ordered
- Communicate or marketing of our products
- Improve the user experience of the product and website
- Billing and processing of payment either through payment service provider or directly through you
Data disclosure
Butchery Brothers does not disclose your personal data to any third parties. Disclosure of your data however may occur due to:
- IT service providers who assist with hosting or maintaining the website and services
- Payment Service Providers, to assist with any payment made by or to you
- Persons who are authorised by the Act or law enforcement agencies
Data security
Butchery Brothers will take reasonable efforts to keep your data safe from theft, unauthorised access or misuse. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information.
Limitation of liability
By accessing and using this Butchery Brothers website, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the use of the site is at the customer's own risk. Butchery Brothers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damage arising out of any use of, access to, or inability to use the site.
This site and all information and materials contained in it are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties as to title, quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, privacy or non-infringement.
Butchery Brothers has no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the site. We assume no responsibility for any damage or injury arising out of any use of or access to the site.
Delivery terms & conditions
Once you have received your items, please check them on the spot and return any damaged items to the driver, or check for any missing items and contact Butchery Brothers immediately. We will not accept complaints about items after 6 hours from the time of delivery.
Failed delivery
If the driver is unable to reach you upon arriving at the delivery location, the driver will attempt to contact you. If you do not answer, the driver may:
- Leave your items outside your premise (Butchery Brothers will not be held responsible for damage or missing items); or
- Consider it a failed delivery and return your items to the warehouse. There will be a charge for re-delivery and a waiting time for re-delivery (we cannot give a specific re-delivery date).
Replacement terms & conditions
Replacements are processed via our suppliers who will provide you with the exact same SKU of a non-damaged / non-defective nature.
The Company holds full authority and discretion towards the outcome of such circumstances and will only assess if an order should be replaced if a report is filed to Butchery Brothers within 24 hours after receiving the items, and with proof such as pictures or receipts.
Requirements for a valid replacement
- Proof of purchase (order number, quotation, invoice, or receipt)
Valid reasons for replacement
- Wrong product — The product SKU does not match the quotation / invoice / receipt
- Damaged — The product arrived with damaged exterior packaging. The item should remain unopened and 3 clear photographs must be provided
- Defective — The product arrived with damaged interiors, only noticeable after packaging has been opened
