Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the Klang Valley, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Allow up to 48 hours for processing.
Is the meat Halal?
Yes. All products are certified Halal from our Australia & New Zealand Halal processing plants.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes — choose COD during checkout. Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to your preferred bank account.
How do I track my order?
Delivery status will be sent within 24 hours via WhatsApp once your order is placed.
How long can I store the meat?
All frozen beef products can be safely stored in your freezer for up to 12 months. Products are individually packed for freshness.
Can I order cuts not on the menu?
Yes! We can get almost any cut of beef. Just send a request to our customer support email or WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. To modify, contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
How do returns work?
Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method.

Delivery policy

Replacements are accepted for wrong, damaged, or defective products. Report within 24 hours with proof of purchase and clear photos. The company holds final discretion on all replacement outcomes.
