Delivery

We're happy to ship your order anywhere in the Klang Valley. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location — please refer to the shipping cost guide during checkout.

We ship orders Monday to Friday (except public holidays) using courier services. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive email and WhatsApp confirmation once your order is processed.

Order delivery status will be provided within 24 hours via WhatsApp once your order has been placed. Overnight and 2-day shipping is calculated from the day of processing — please allow 48 hours for orders to process.

Yes. You'll be given the option to enter a separate delivery address during online checkout.

Sorry, but self-collection is not available at the moment. All orders are delivered to your specified address.

Orders & Payment

Yes. You can choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method at checkout. If you select COD and are due a refund, it will be transferred to your preferred bank account.

Due to our efforts to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure you have checked and validated all order information before proceeding with payment. For further assistance, contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Our Products

Yes. All of our meat products are certified Halal from our approved Australia and New Zealand Halal processing plants. We only import and distribute from sources with valid Halal accreditation.

Our meats originate from certified Angus farms in Australia and New Zealand. All products meet our quality specifications and food safety standards.

We are happy to help! You can order just about any cut of beef and many other items. Just let us know what you want by sending a request to our customer support email or WhatsApp.

Every individual has a different palate. We offer a wide variety of healthy and sustainable cuts. Please refer to the product descriptions on each product page, or contact our customer support at any time for a personalised recommendation.

Storage

All products are individually vacuum-packed to ensure top freshness. All frozen beef products can be safely stored in your freezer for up to 12 months. Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 2–3 days. Do not refreeze thawed meat.

All products will have a distinct smell if not stored appropriately. Monitor frozen meats for signs of freezer burn — meat that has been in the freezer too long may become watery, limp, and tasteless. When in doubt, do not consume and contact us.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item meets our Returns & Cancellations requirements. We will process your refund within 10–14 business days of receiving the item. For COD payments, the refund will be transferred to your preferred bank account.

Please check your items immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours with photographic proof and your order number. Replacements are only accepted for wrong, damaged, or defective products. The company holds final discretion on all replacement outcomes.
